The product we use in our campaigns come from all over the globe, depending on where the manufacturer or brand's warehouse are located.

We will send you a confirmation email upon receiving your order, and it will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You'll get another notification when we have shipped your order.

If you have any questions about your order or need assistance, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been sent.

Please double-check the address you provided. We can't send your order to the right place if the information isn't correct, and we won't be held responsible for any errors on your part. If an order is returned because of a mistake in the shipping address, we'll refund the purchase price (not including shipping) and ask that you re-submit your order again.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be subject to delay.

Processing Time

How can i find out the status of my Purchase?

When your order is sent, you will get an email from us with a tracking number so that you may track the progress of your purchase. Allow 48 hours for the tracker data to become available. If you do not, please contact us with your name and order number, and we would be more than happy to help resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will assist in providing necessary information to help resolve issues related to missing packages to the extent possible.
